KEL is first and foremost a service company. We have circa 200 client organisations to which we are committed to deliver prompt support when needed. When a client picks up the phone to ask for help or advice our team will normally resolve the matter within minutes. When occasionally it might take longer we will explain the issues and let you know when to expect a resolution. When required we also host our software over the Internet.

Our property professionals not only apprise the software developers with a list of needs but work closely with them to ensure that the result is compatible with users’ expectations. This results in software that is effective, transparent and easy to use.
Flexibility
We pay close attention to client requests. Offering shared licences allows your whole Team to have access without requiring a separate licence for each user.
Our software can either be installed on premise (ie on your laptop or network) or hosted by ourselves in the Cloud (where we will look after data backups, upgrades, new builds, etc - reducing your need for IT involvement).
Your Data
As a client you own the database of all valuations created with KEL Software, whether created on your own system or in the cloud.
KEL uses standard, universally accepted, mathematical formulae to convert your data into informative valuations. Stored in a database such data can contribute to valuable wider analysis.
KEL has the ability to import or export your data, either in a standard format or to client specification, in order to seemlessly integrate with your own database or data pool.
