We collect information such as your name, email address, IP address, phone number and company address. We do not collect or store your payment information. We will also keep a record of any correspondence.

KEL uses the information above in order to (i) fulfil our contractual obligations to you, (ii) to deal with any contract or supply related enquiries or (iii) for a legitimate interest relating to our relationship as supplier and customer.

KEL may retain your Personal Information after you have closed your account and where it may be necessary to comply with our legal obligations or to deal with any post contractual issues of a technical or support nature.

However, KEL welcomes the opportunity to resolve any complaint and we would suggest you first refer your complaint to the Data Protection Officer (at the address detailed at the top of this policy).
Changes to our Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect any improvements or changes to our business. We will endeavour to inform you about any material changes to this Privacy Policy.
If KEL is acting as a data processor of a client's personal data pursuant to KEL's Hosted Software Subscription Agreement, the following provisions shall apply
KEL will take appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing of the personal data or its accidental loss, destruction or damage appropriate to the harm that might result from the unauthorised or unlawful processing or accidental loss.
KEL will ensure that all personnel who have access to and/or process personal data are obliged to keep the personal data confidential.
KEL will not transfer any personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) unless it has complied with its obligations under applicable Data Protection Legislation in relation to the transfer.
KEL will assist the client, at the client's cost, in responding to any request from a data subject and in ensuring compliance with its obligations under the Data Protection Legislation with respect to security, breach notifications, impact assessments, demonstrating compliance with the Data Protection Legislation and consultations with supervisory authorities or regulators.
KEL will notify the client without undue delay on becoming aware of a personal data breach.
At the written direction of the client, KEL will delete or return personal data and copies thereof to the client on termination of the Hosted Software Subscription Agreement unless required by applicable law to store the personal data.
KEL will maintain complete and accurate records and information to demonstrate its compliance with these provisions.
KEL shall allow the client and its respective auditors, at the client's own cost and expense and upon reasonable prior written notice, to conduct audits or inspections and shall provide assistance to the client in exercising such audits or inspections, as reasonably required. The purposes of any such audit or inspection shall be to verify that KEL and its sub-processors (if applicable) are processing the client's data in accordance with the obligations under this Privacy Policy.
Where KEL engages a sub-processor in connection with services provided to the client, KEL shall do so only on the basis of a written contract which imposes on such sub-processor terms equivalent to those imposed on KEL in this Privacy Policy and KEL shall remain fully liable for the performance of such sub-processor's obligations.
